The service

Epicuts edits, animates and sound-designs video ads from the scripts, voiceovers and footage you send. We don’t film or cast actors. What each plan includes, such as requests at a time, video length, revision rounds and script writing, is listed on the pricing section of this site.

Delivery times and monthly ad counts are averages, not guarantees. They depend on the length of each ad, how full your queue is and how quickly you reply to feedback.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. We aren’t registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our invoices. There are no contracts: you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and the change applies from your next billing period.

If you subscribe for the first time and cancel within your first 7 days, you get 75% of your first month back.

Your material

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us, including footage, music, logos and voiceovers, and that the finished ads may be used where you plan to run them.

Ownership of the ads

Once an ad is delivered and your subscription for that period is paid, you own the final video and can use it anywhere, without time limits. We may show finished ads in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We make every ad with care, but we can’t guarantee advertising results such as reach, conversions or approval by ad platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
